By booking with Struck By Star, you agree to the following terms:
• A deposit is required to secure your event date.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Final balance must be paid before the event date.
• Client must provide accurate event details.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.
• Any damages to rented items or equipment will be the client’s responsibility.
• Setup and breakdown times will be agreed upon prior to the event.
Struck By Star reserves the right to refuse service if terms are not met.
All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your event date.
Due to the custom nature of our services, no refunds will be issued once services have been rendered.
If a cancellation occurs, it must be communicated in advance. In some cases, credits may be applied toward a future event at the discretion of Struck By Star.
Any issues or concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the event.
